Hi, I am one of David's friends mentioned in this video who also converted to Islam. Neither of us are "Shia" Muslims. We do not affiliate ourselves with any sect as that is AGAINST Islam to do so. Surah 30:31-32 "Turn to Him alone, all of you. Be mindful of Him; keep up the prayer; do not join those who ascribe partners to God, those who divide their religion into sects, with each party rejoicing in their own."
